Hi everyone, meet Lucy. This beautiful girl has a warm but timid nature. She loves to receive lots of love and cuddles from her humans. Lucy loves to be close to you on the lounge or anywhere and will follow you everywhere.
Lucy is not a high energy dog. She does LOVE to go for a run or a walk and will just be by your side, at your pace. When the lead comes out, Lucy is at her most excitable state. She does get a bit anxious with strange noises, motorbikes and sometimes cars. Exercise is her thing.
She will quietly observe her foster sister chase balls and play in general, but will not join in and prefers to just watch from the sidelines.
Lucy is so quiet that when she does have a bark, we are all amazed and make comment to that fact that it happened. When she is "Uber Happy" such as when I have arrived home from work, she starts "talking" and her tail works overtime in a circle wag - dubbed "helicopter tail".
Lucy has good manners and is learning her basic commands which she responds well to. She will be starting obedience training this week mainly to be around other dogs. She is very eager to please.
Lucy will make a beautiful companion to someone that enjoys going for walks and has plenty of cuddles to give. Lucy is a very easy, gentle, loving and trusting soul.
