Hi, I'm Lucy Goose! I was part of a working dog team on a farm on the Tablelands but the working life wasn't really my scene. I would be happiest with a family who can give me hugs and cuddles on the couch, although I do love a good run with the pack at the dog park! I was a bit timid at first meeting my foster siblings, being a submissive girl, but I love them now and would definitely benefit from another doggie pal to show me the ropes.
My foster mum says I've settled in really well seeing as I'm not used to being inside and I'm still getting used to weird things like washing baskets and hand bags... Everything is still so new and I get startled by sudden movements, but my foster mum just giggles and tells me it's okay and that there'll be lots of new things for me to see.
I am learning how to walk confidently on the lead and some basic obedience, however true to my breed I am an intelligent girl who is eager to please and am picking up new commands quickly.
