About Halo
Halo is a sweet Husky x boy who is trying to enjoy life despite having only been given lemons so far.
He is a 'Covid' puppy and was purchased carelessly about 9 months ago. He has since been passed around from one person to another without any regard for his wellbeing, education and happiness.
Lucky for Halo, he now has some awesome foster parents and sister, an adult American Staffy. Halo is very smart and is catching up on the lack of training he should have received earlier in his life.
He will need a home that is dedicated to his ongoing education and he suffers from separation anxiety. He loves the company of his human family and playing with his sister. Sometimes she cannot find the 'off button' on Halo and he just has so much fun playing with her and his toys.
He sleeps in his crate as long as you keep it open. Halo panics if you close it and will potentially hurt himself trying to get out.
Halo is very athletic and can jump high fences so a safely enclosed backyard is a must for this little boy. He would do well at dog agility or other sporty activities with his family.
He is very good with other dogs and has had some experience living in a home with kids. He would be suited for kids 12 years + due to his size.
Halo is not cat friendly.
His new family will be supported by us with in home training sessions and additional online/phone support is also available.
