Thistle

I am Thistle, striking, stripy, caring and curious about the world around me.

Thistle is playful and enjoys a good run around and tussle with his siblings. He likes toys, climbing the cat tree, and snuggling with his family.
Thistle has quite a unique coat, with very defined ginger stripes and markings against his blonde body that makes him instantly recognisable; I like to think of him as my little golden tiger. His eyes are also quite a unique shape giving him an almost “sad” look about him (which is impossible to capture properly in a picture of course) but it all adds together to a very gorgeous unique little kitty.
Thistle has learnt to use the litterbox well and eats like a champion.
I have introduced Thistle to my large 40kg dog, Thistle’s a bit unsure but stands his ground and doesn’t run away or hide. If you have a dog, I believe a gradual introduction would be sufficient to have them as lifelong buddies.
Thistle was born in care at Mt Isa, and when he was 3 weeks old travelled a long time to get down to us in Brisbane with his siblings for a chance at life.
Thistle is available for pre-adoption and will be ready for his forever home after the 10th of April.
