About Reva
Hi, I'm Reva. My name means "regain strength and that is exactly what I have been doing. I am guessing that if you have seen my photo, you will know by now that I am missing one of my legs. Please don't feel sorry for me, it doesn't bother me at all. I can do everything a 4 legged pooch can do and being a tripawd doesn't slow me down at all. Whilst I don't want to dwell on it, I know that you are probably wondering how I lost my leg so I will tell you the quick version. I was sitting in a pound in Outback NSW when KPR found me. My leg was already broken, the vets assume from being hit by a car, and had been for many months. When I arrived into care, x-rays showed that my fracture was unable to be repaired so the only way to stop me from suffering was to remove my leg. To be honest, I had been living life as a 3 legged dog for as long as I could remember so having the source of my pain removed was a total blessing. At just 7 months old, most of my life had been filled with pain but now I am happy and healthy and pain free. I am a sweet girl and my vets believe that I am most likely a Labrador x Shar Pei. I get along great with other dogs and I am super friendly and I am ready to start my new life. Are you the family I have been dreaming of? Love Reva xx PLEASE NOTE: This pet is located in Kingaroy.
