Romeo

Romeo has a beautiful and energetic nature.

He always wants to be around people, loves a cuddle on the couch with his humans and is always keen for a belly rub.

Romeo can be quite jumpy but responds well to you either turning away or putting your hand in the way with the command 'down'. He tries to be well mannered but needs ongoing training, much like any puppy does. He knows how to sit, drop and wait but does get distracted very easily. Concentrates more when treats or squeaky toys are involved! He is crate trained, and sleeps in his crate all night. Will run straight in if a treat is thrown in.

Romeo is house trained and loves rubber toys and treats that he can chew on all day.

Like any working breed puppy, he gets up to mischief when bored. He may dig and bark (when bored) but redirects well when given something to do and work his mind.

Fantastic with other dogs: understands cues and loves socialising and plays well.

Not recommend going to a home with cats.

Children: hasn't jumped on kids while in foster care. Will steal soft toys from them though! Recommendation of older kids.

Leash manners: will take you for a walk. Does get better once some built up energy is expelled. Is much better suited for free running at dog park.
