About:
Forrest is a gorgeous fluffy tabby and white boy. He’s got 4 little white socks and the most adorable white snout and pink nose. He came into care with his two brothers Fisher and Leo and his sister Faith as part of our last litter program where mumma is desexed for free and bubs are fully vetted and found safe loving homes. The litter look like it’s possible they have some Maine Coon in them and all 4 are very pretty (I mean handsome - sorry Forrest!) Forrest is the largest of his litter, and was the most unsure at first with some little hisses when he and his siblings weren’t too sure of humans, making sure all were aware just how ‘feroshus’ he was. But! he is now the first of his siblings to come up to his foster mum to be picked up and cuddled and he starts to purr instantly waiting patiently at your feet to be noticed and loved. He loves to play and will be your best friend if you throw a string toy about for him to chase. Although Forrest and his siblings are very comfortable around their foster mum, they can be a bit overwhelmed at first if meeting somebody new for the first time but he is fine if you meet him on his level rather than towering up tall, so sitting on the floor with him makes him feel much more comfortable and he soon opens up and comes out of his shell to have a play and have some treaties. He’s also a sucker for a Dine treat so he’ll soon know you are a friend if you offer him one! Forrest and his siblings live with a German Shepherd dog Gunther who just loves kitten snuggles, but they are still very new and warming up to him but progressing really well. They also live with the resident cat Mina. Forrest would adjust well if you have other fur babies or would be fine as an only cat if you have lots of love and attention you can give him. Forrest would be better suited for families with quieter older children who understand that he needs to feel safe and may need some time to become comfortable and come out of his shell at first, but he will reward you with lots of love and purrs when he does.
