About Max
Mighty Max is a gentle giant and is easily learns new training tricks.
Max is house trained and toilet trained. He has learnt to sit, drop, stay, wait, even waits for his food and won’t eat until you give the command to say he can. He has learnt to trade. Meaning if he has something in his mouth and you don’t want him to have, I have taught him to give me what he has got and trade with what I have in my hand, which could be from a toy to a food treat. Mac has also learnt to shake paw 🐾
Max is great with kids. He is currently living with a 9, 7 and 3 year old. They he loves running with them in the backyard. He loves to play fetch.
The 9 and 7 year old regularly sit with him on the bed together reading Max a book. Great way to get the kids reading 😉
Max doesn’t have separation anxiety and is crate trained.
Max loves the water! We have a shell pool which we fill up and he loves to splash around. We have taken Max to the dog each which is his absolute favourite thing.
Max is a puppy and tires out quickly. He has a quick burst of energy then he pretty much sleeps all day.
Max is looking for his forever home where he can be part of the family.

Adoption Process
We send out our application to the new potential family and when our forms are returned we start a process called screening. When we have finished our screening and all information that comes back is approved. We do a meet and greet, sometimes more than two. If all parties are happy, we then allow our foster furkid go into your home. After 3 weeks (for dogs) / 6 weeks (for cats) sometimes more, see how everyone is going, then we change over microchip registration if everything is great.
