About Jessie
Jessie is a female Staghound x mastiff. She has just turned 7 years old.
She is a beautiful girl with a gentle nature and is a pretty good all rounder.
Good with children - there were three kids under 8yo at her previous home.
She loves the beach where she is walked on a daily basis. She loves running and hanging out with the other doggy regulars who she has got to know.
She was housed with a male dog that she was very attached and bonded to. At some stage the relationship between Jessie and the female dog of the household soured after 5 happy years together.
Jessie was previously an outdoor dog but is enjoying indoor time since being in foster care.
Lead and back of ute crate trained. Loves riding inside the car.
As she’s a large breed high fencing is required.
No good with cats or chickens.
••We do not offer payment plans••
All vet work completed. Adoption price $350.
Available on 2 week trial - fully refundable $50 deposit.

Adoption details
All dogs are vet checked, desexed, microchipped, C3 vaccinated, wormed, heartworm and flea/tick treated.
ADFC house all dogs with foster carers in private homes. This allows them to experience life in family situations with other dogs, cats, children, chooks and various other domestic animals. We then have an opportunity to discover their traits and personalities, likes and dislikes, and which dog may suit your family dynamics.
We offer a 14 day trial - $50 deposit. If the dog doesn't fit with your family, they will be returned to us and deposit refunded.
To arrange a meet and greet with one of our dogs please send us a message.
The committee and carers of ADFC are all volunteers, so please be patient with us if we don't answer your enquiry straight away.
