About Pretty Possum Pusscat!
Pretty Possum was found wandering the streets, pregnant, lost and alone. She was taken into care where she has thoroughly enjoyed the regular meals, comfortable beds and lots of interaction with her foster carer. Possum is a confident slinky little marbled tabby, with gorgeous liquorice lips and a wildcat nose and paws... but the only time she's wild is when another cat or the resident dog goes near her baby kitten Wombat... then she is a FIERCE MUMMY!
The rest of the time Possum likes to do everything with you (including go to the toilet with you, in her litter box), help with everything, sleep on your bed and be social and into everything all the time. The only time she's not inquisitive or socialising is when she's sleepy or sleeping! Possum is the perfect egyptian cat, but without the cattitude! She's very tolerant and allows her carer to hold her like a baby for short stints. We think she'd be the perfect cat for kids, she'll move away when she's had enough but very tolerant and also loves to be involved. So if you're looking for a young cat to grow up with your kids, look no further, Possum is here! Submit an enquiry now!
Possum is a healthy raw fed young cat who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #956000013357486, source #RE101165). She is available for adoption right now! Her adoption fee also includes her second vaccination at one of our rescue vets.

To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a remote or in-person house check done, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
We only accept adoptions from people with residency in Australia. If you are on a work or student visa, talk to us about fostering with the group instead!
