Jet

Jet is a fluffy black dream of a sootster.

She came into care straight from being a garden kitten when she was 8 weeks old, and she still retains a little of her wariness, but once she's being cuddled she absolutely laps up pats and snuggles and love! She particularly loves a shoulder rub and will flop her little head on your hand and go into bliss land.

Jet is very playful, and like most cats adores Da Bird stick and feather toy! Once she's caught it she'll take it out of the room with her, with her fluffy bum waddling as she drags it stick and all. She also loves playing with whatever bit of rubbish she can find, and she most especially loves playing with her 3 identical siblings - Sootie, Sweep and Cinder! They chase each other around, playing hide and seek around corners and behind doors. So cute!

Jet will be adopted as a pair with one of her siblings. She loves them all! Kids would be great companions for these kittens, but will need to understand they are still a little timid so they won't be coming to them for cuddles immediately. They will, however, be very quickly interested in playing! They also are VERY interested in yummy snacks, so treats will be the way to get them to quickly fall in love with you.

Jet is a healthy raw fed kitten who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #956000013001631, source #RE101165). She is available for adoption right now!

To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a remote or in-person house check done, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
We only accept adoptions from people with residency in Australia. If you are on a work or student visa, talk to us about fostering with the group instead!
