About Sheila
Little Sheila came to us a couple of weeks ago from a loving, caring home. But unfortunately she was surrendered with another dog, due to her owner not being in a good place.
This little girl, we were told was not great with people to start with. Hated the vets with a passion, and a few other little quirks. We haven’t found that to be the case. Sheila is a little timid to start with, but is a typical chi, and can be a little nervous.
Considering that she has been in one home all her life and now moved to a foster carer, we are very proud of her transition.
The perfect home for her is a retired/semi person or couple.
That might even have another little chi or small dog for company?
She is under 3 kg, so very tiny.
We were told that she has had very rare and sporadic epileptic type incidents, but we haven’t seen one, as yet?
Sheila is on the Gold Coast
Her adoption Fee is $400
Medical notes
Does have have slight Luxetting patellas.
We have been told she has had slight, sporadic, rare epileptic episodes, but haven’t seen any of that.
Adoption details
We shortlist and contact families who may fit the dogs needs. If indications are positive, normally after sleeping on it, a home check is organised, then an adoption agreement is completed, adoption donation (variable on account of age and health of individual dog) is transferred and the dog will become part of your family.
All our dogs have had a consultation with our vet, are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and treated for fleas. As we want every dog to be in its own family we try and fit dogs into forever homes, we don’t offer “Trials”. Naturally unforeseen circumstances arise occasionally where it’s preferable dogs come back to us as per our adoption agreement.
