Buddy is an active little guy who is seeking a family where he can head out on adventures and explore everything the world has to offer. After a big day of exploring this guy is just as happy to chill on the couch with you while you watch telly or read a good book.
Buddy’s ideal home is one where he can be allowed inside whenever he wants, especially at night. He’d love to sleep on the bed with you but will settle for the couch if he has to.
He is seeking a family home without young children - teenagers and older for this lad please! He needs to be an active part of the family and live with a family who has some doggie experience.
He gets along with dogs of all shapes and sizes, although can sometimes be a little too excited and annoy them if they are very quiet dogs. He’d be fine to live with another pooch or alone as long as his humans were home more often than not and he can have poochie play dates.
Buddy is toilet trained although we can’t guarantee he won’t have an accident or two in his new home while he is settling in.
He is a very food driven dog so would be a lot of fun to teach new tricks, he already knows sit and shake. He enjoys rough housing although is very respectful, well mannered and understanding when enough is enough.
He’s a ripper little dog and would make a great new family member.

Medical notes
Buddy has had a full health check by our vets. He is mostly a healthy fit boy but does have a few quirks! One of them being at some stage he’s had a broken jaw which has resulted in quite a few crooked teeth at this stage they are not requiring a dental but down the track this could be something that needs to be monitored and attended to. Buddy also has a history of ear infections, he’s had a full flush and long lasting ear treatment and has not seemed to have any issues since but once again this will need to be monitored and treated if necessary. As Buddy was not taken care of ovaly well he did have quite itchy skin as he had a chronic flea issue originally but now that he’s been properly cared for he seems to have recovered nicely and doesn’t seem itchy at this stage but will need to be kept clean and make sure is kept up to date with flea treatment to help reduce the risk of ongoing skin issues. Buddy is a very fit active boy otherwise and is ready and waiting for his perfect home to finally look after him the way he deserves.

Email us today and we will send you a link to our website for our adoption application. If we feel Buddy will suit we will be in touch to talk further all things Buddy. If going well we then arrange a meet and greet, if that also goes well we commence a 2 week trial period with option to adopt.
