About Crumbs
Crumbs is a 12-month-old kelpie x boy with an affectionate nature, and the goofiest, happiest personality, who makes us laugh every day with his antics. A born entertainer, Crumbs loves to have fun and to be the centre of attention.
He does the most hilarious zoomies and regularly trips over his own feet or falls off things. Seeing us laugh only encourages him to get sillier.
But before you get to see that side of Crumbs, you’ll need to win him over. He hasn’t been exposed to much of the world, and needs encouragement in new situations and with new people. Once he’s been given time to suss new people out in his own time, he’ll soon ask for affection, which is another thing that makes him fall over with joy.
Crumbs loves other dogs, and enjoys playing with his foster siblings. He will need another playful dog in his new home – one who doesn’t mind sharing, because Crumbs thinks all the toys rightfully belong to him.
While in foster care, Crumbs has learned to sit and drop, is toilet trained, is a dream to walk on lead, and sleeps all night in his crate without a peep. He has buckets of energy, and needs plenty of stimulation, but he has found his off-switch, and, after his morning exercise, he’s happy to chill while his foster mum works from home.
The vet detected an arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat), but this doesn’t slow him down one little bit. He had an ECG, and the vet advised it is currently not a concern, but there is a chance it will affect him in his older age.
Crumbs is looking for active humans, who will take the time to build trust, include him in all their adventures, allow him inside as part of the family, and continue his training and his confidence building. You will also need to be good at hiding your socks, shoes, and other belongings, which he all considers to be his personal chew toys.
So, if you need more laughter and fewer socks, thongs and tea towels in your life, send us an application.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
