About ACE
Ace is a 9-year-old love bug, who adores everyone - human, K9, feline, big, small. He doesn't care!! He loves them all!
Ace’s personality:
Ace is a happy and affectionate boy, who suffers a bit of anxiety. He loves to play and is great condition and health for his age. He is so loveable, it's ridiculous! Everyone who meets him, falls in love with him. All he want is to be near you and have affection bestowed on him.
Ace’s ideal forever home:
Acey will suit a home where he has company - preferably human. But he also loves ALL other dogs - big or small, cats and children. He will not be content being left alone every day. He will be at his happiest snuggled up on the couch with you. Ace loves going for walks and is great on lead.
Ace’s story:
Ace came to us following a relationship breakdown. His home situation had become unstable and he was not coping. His anxiety had escalated, so his owner made the difficult decision to rehome him. Acey had been in the same home since he was a puppy and has apparently experienced anxiety his whole life, but it has never been treated.
More about Ace:
Ace is an absolute sweetheart. He loves people and doggies. He loves to play with other doggies and with toys - he will chase balls and frisbies, anything that is interactive. Acey loves to go for walks and can be strong on lead, but once his walk is underway, he is happy to cruise along next to you on a loose lead.
Ace found it difficult to relax when he first arrived but you can now find him sleeping soundly in his kennel or in the sun any time of the day. However, once he knows his humans are around, he’s up and at ‘em, demanding attention!
Anyone who meets Ace falls in love with him. He needs his own home and family to love back. Ace is a special guy who deserves a special home! Whoever makes the decision to give this boy the family, home and life that he deserves, will feel like they have won the lottery!!

Medical notes
Ace’s medical history:
As mentioned, Ace experiences anxiety, as many Staffy type doggies do. He has been treated for this since being in our care and we have seen remarkable results. Being a mature boy, Acey had blood tests carried out - both biochemistry and haematology - when he arrived and his results were great!
He has no existing health issues, but bears a few minor scars from his previous life and has a very cute half tail. Ace is now desexed, vaccinated, and treated for heartworm, fleas, ticks, and intestinal worms.
