About Cola
Hi there, I'm Cola!
There's nothing fizzy about this gorgeous boy... I love to lounge, in fact at Greysland the vollies have taken it upon themselves to see just how many photos they can take of The Loungiest Lizard of all time!
I'm beloved by all at Greysland and I'm learning to reciprocate the love from the weird two legged creatures who are my personal waiters here, although I can still play the shy boy when the mood takes me. But they all know that I'm as sweet as can be, exactly the treat which will make one family's dreams come true.
I'm a perfect gentleman around bigger dogs, but I'm still a bit unsure around the smaller kind so it's best my home doesn't include any of them, please.
If you think you'd be interested in meeting me, fill out an application form and the volunteers at Greyhound Rescue will get on the case. Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way. Adoption details
All of Greyhound Rescue's adoption and foster placements are on a case-by-case basis. The first step is to complete the application form on our website. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Greyhound Rescue's adoption fee is $420. All our hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested and treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
