About Samson
Say hi to Samson. A White Shepherd, Samson was born on 15th December, 2015 and is looking forward to finding his forever home.
Samson is a confident boy with an outgoing personality who adores attention. He is very eager to please his human friends and this, along with his intelligence, should make further training a breeze.
Samson has had basic training already and is super eager to learn more. He enjoys being out for a walk and although he can get a little excited, he is learning his lead manners very well.
This boy is a total water baby and loves to swim and splash around!
While Samson is friendly with other dogs, he would benefit from further socialisation. He can be a little pushy around other dogs, but does seem to enjoy the company of calmer female dogs (quite the ladies man!)
Samson shows no interest in the cats and pocket pets at the facility and we believe that he has not been around them before. With a proper introduction Samson could be rehomed with cats and pocket pets in residence.
He shows no signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety and although he does not seem to be bothered by loud noises, we would recommend he be allowed inside during thunder storms and fireworks. There is no need to worry about accidents inside the home when Samson is enjoying inside family time as he is house trained.
Samson will require standard fencing, however he will have moderate exercise needs and he will require extensive grooming to ensure his coat stays in tip top condition.
Samson is such a happy and affectionate guy, who with patience, training and consistency would make a super loyal and perfect companion for the right family. He would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. Samson will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention. He would be best suited to a home who have had previous experience with the breed
Samson's adoption fee is $600 and includes his desexing, lifetime registration. He is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with his vaccinations.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please give the facility a call on 43044350 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once all of your questions have been answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in. Please bring to your appointment photos of your fencing also showing all gates that attach to the house.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
