Jimmy ( Was Brian)

Just like his namesake from Family Guy, Brian from SCAR is a no-nonsense, 'say it how it is' kind of dog.

Brian loves food, treats, toys, and chasing unsuspecting small animals. Beyond that, he really just wants to potter around the yard and fulfil his grandiose dreams of being the king of his own domain, Jack Russell Terrier style.

Much like Brian Griffin, SCAR Brian is more of a human in a dog suit than an actual dog. He is polite to dogs on the street however much prefers to mind his own business. Brian will occasionally whip out some old man potty mouth if a young whipper snapper gets in his grill, so we think Brian will do best as an only dog.

Due to Brian's potty mouth and dislike of close personal contact, he is looking for an adult-only home with someone who wants the company of a feisty little dude without the need to cuddle on the couch at night.

Brian does skip on his back leg when out on walks. Our fabulous team of SCAR vets have investigated thoroughly and this does not require any medical intervention. Brian also has daily eye drops to help with dry eye. We will show you how to administer his medication.

Brian is available for a foster to adopt placement to try and help him find a kingdom of his own for the holidays.
