💗😸 MEET MISS KITTY 😸💗

Hi there, my name is Miss Kitty! If you’re after a cute kitty cat with attitude, I’m your girl. I’m looking for a human that loves a challenge because I’m a tough nut to crack - I’m still very much a look but do not touch kinda cat. In fact, you may never even get to touch me - but I’ve definitely got the looks to make up for it. I’m looking for someone with buckets of time, patience and unconditional love who can help to break my tough shell and teach me how to love. My Foster Mum has tried all the tricks in the book and hasn’t succeeded yet!

Nature
When Miss Kitty came into the care of the Angels she had been living on the streets for nearly three years and she’d learned to be a real tough chick after so long out there fending for herself. Life sure was difficult, but she seemed to love the freedom. To say she has taken to indoor life would be like saying a cat has taken to water - as in, not well!

She is slooooowly getting there though. She loves the other cats in her foster home and will sit and hang out watching the humans from a distance. She absolutely loves the outdoor cat run and spends most of her day out there sunbathing with the other cats. At night, she loves sleeping on the scratching post. Mealtimes are usually pandemonium in the foster house, but she’s right up there in the mix with the rest of the gang for breakfast and dinner every day. She really loves her food.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Miss Kitty gets along with most of the cats in her foster home. They all hang out together and seem to enjoy each other’s company, so I think she’ll always be a cats cat. A home with other cats would definitely be good for her to stop her from being lonely and a friendly buddy who loves human attention might be good to help her eventually realise that these big people aren’t always quite so bad!

Miss Kitty’s foster home also has two doggos that she’s not a fan of. She’d definitely be best off in a dog-free home. She’s pretty independent but would be best suited with laidback older children who are confident with cats and who would respect her boundaries.

Likes / Dislikes
Miss Kitty loves mealtimes, hanging out with her buddies in the cat run and snoozing in high-up places where she can watch the world from afar. She doesn’t like being touched or approached by humans, loud noises, sudden movements or anything too scary, and she will need a calm and quiet environment.

My PURR-fect home would be a quiet and patient one with mature humans who have lots of unconditional love and patience. I will need them to work with me to try and teach me that humans aren’t all bad and that indoor life does have its little pleasures, but you’ll also need to understand that you may never be able to touch or pat me and be okay with that. I would also need a friendly cat companion in my new home to help me feel safe and not alone.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
