Joey is a kitten with outstanding good looks but underneath his beautiful grey tabby and white coat is a sensitive boy who can be a little shy at times.

Joey needs gentle hands to guide and comfort him as he finds his place in the world. Having grown up around his confident siblings Hudson and Maggie (also listed on Pet Rescue), Joey was always in the background and never in the limelight.

To help this boy shine he will need a quiet home of only an adult/adults or a family with older teenage+ children who have had some experience around shy kitties.

Joey would do well in a home where there is already a confident older cat to mentor him about cat ways, as Joey wants to be more involved in the daily household life but lacks the courage at times.

This is one pretty kitty who has the potential to really benefit from an attachment to a cat who is patient and knows how to relax around people. However Joey is not suited to a home with a dog or dogs.

Joey will need patience and understanding, and his new people need to know that it will take this boy a little time to settle in and relax in his new home.
