About Loki
Loki is looking for a home:
* Without cats or pocket pets
* 6ft+ secure, husky-proof fencing
* For a family that is home more often than not
* With active family that will make him a huge part of their everyday lives
* Arctic experienced
* A home of his own or with another suitable sized submissive female
* Family with lots of love to give
Meet Loki! This rather large and handsome boy is the cutest, cuddliest, most people-dog ever who loves keeping his people company, will follow you wherever you go, and is all about that entertaining husky cheekiness.
We’re looking for a home for Loki, as he will be best in a home where there is a submissive female and an experienced home to help him integrate. Or as an only dog where he can shower you with all his love. He’s not great on his own, so someone who is home most of the time would help him.
His new humans will be rewarded by being loved by a super-cuddy dog who is very gentle with people, follows your around, a fast learner and very obedient.
His namesake, Loki, is the mythological God of Mischief and, yeah, it fits. His new people need to know that he can (and will sometimes) open lever handle and sliding doors, will be a bit of a bin raccoon and takes food from tables and counters when you turn your back on him.
He’s food obsessed and you can turn this into your superpower when it comes to treat training.
Loki loves a chat when he wants something and while playing, loves toys and balls, and is generally nice and relaxed at home. He loves his talks, and currently gets two walks a day. While he’s strong, ( and would be great for some fun sledding ) he’s pretty good on lead most of the time with good direction.
He’s happy to travel in the car, often sleeping on trips.
We know there’s an awesome household out there that is just perfect for Loki, and his new people will be rewarded with a loving, cuddly, entertaining chap.
The usual husky rules apply, with no cats, pocket pets, chooks or other dogs. 6ft+ secure fencing and lots of love and exercise.
Loki is not available for interstate adoption.
Not suitable for apartment living, rural properties or residences with court yards.
