- Up to date vaccinations (to point of adoption)
- Up to date worming and flea treatment
- Microchipped
- Desexed or desexing voucher depending on age
- Goodie bag with 
 
   - advise and brochure's 
  
-  Sample of food 
  
- a one month supply of Revolution Plus
