Hi, I’m Bambi, though Foster Mum also calls me Elvis because I used to stomp about with all the confidence of a rockstar. These days, I’m more of a behind-the-scenes kind of guy. I’m cautious, quiet, and still learning to feel safe after a tough start on the streets.

Life outdoors taught me to be wary, and I still startle easily with loud noises or sudden changes. I’m not the kind of cat who comes running at the sound of a treat packet, I actually prefer to disappear when things get unpredictable. But don’t mistake my nervous nature for a lack of love. Deep down, I’m gentle, observant, and slowly learning to enjoy being near the humans I trust.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I’ve formed a close bond with Dennis, another foster cat here. We often sleep together and move as a team. I’d love to be adopted into a home with a calm, confident cat like him, or maybe even go home with him.

No dogs please, they’d stress me out too much.

Likes / Dislikes
I spend my days lounging in safe spots, especially where there’s a view or a sunbeam, and I like to sit near Foster Mum when she watches TV. I’m not ready for pats just yet, but being near her makes me feel calm. I love the company of other cats, they help me feel secure and show me the ropes of indoor life.

I’m a creature of habit—when my environment is predictable and my companions are kind, I feel safe enough to stay visible and start to blossom. I’m not fussed about food or toys, but I do love familiar spaces, soft furniture, and watching the world go by from a sunny perch.

My PURR-fect home would be one that is quiet, calm, and patient—no young children or noisy environments. At least one friendly resident cat, or ideally, my pal Dennis, to keep me company. An adopter who understands that trust takes time and who won’t rush me. Time, patience, and respect for my boundaries, then you might just see me bloom into the gentle house panther I was always meant to be.
