About Wilson
**** MEET ME AND APPLY IN-STORE AT PETSTOCK GOSFORD ****
Think of Simba from the Lion King. The gentle but scared little lion cub who got that little bit braver as time went on. That's me! And my foster parents think I have a baby lion face.
When I first arrived in care I had my safe place on the couch which I didn't want to leave. Although I've never been afraid of people, including small loud ones. It did take a bit of adjusting to get used to cats and a dog, even new items of furniture and new rooms. I did a lot of hissing and swiping (but I have the cutest hiss). As each day passed, I became slightly more confident. I didn't meow for about a week as I was too shy but my foster mummy says I have the loudest meow she's ever heard! (That's what happens when you work on your roar!)
I'm a complete opposite to my brother. I'm a very chilled mellow boy. I sometimes like to nibble on fingers, and like to shred paper if I find it around. I don't mind toys but they can scare me at first. I like to be patted around my face and will break out in purr. I'd prefer to sit near you than on you.
I do love my food though, I will growl and swipe if someone tries to eat from MY bowl. And if you decide to hand feed me a treat I'll take your fingers with it too!
I'm looking for a family that will allow me time to adjust to my new surroundings. Is that you?
