Jackson

Hello world my name is Jackson and I am a young 8yo male border collie x blue heeler and I'm as gentle as a lamb.

I am very timid but when allowed inside I will happily sit at your feet for hours and be patted. I love my food but you can't watch me eat it.... When outdoors I will shy away and keep my distance but like to know where you are and what’s going on.

My foster Mum has tried to walk me a couple of times but I didn't really like it as I was scared and didn't like running into people.

I get along with cats and other dogs. I just love to be around or near my humans but sitting at your side inside is my most favourite part. I am house trained. I would be suited to a person who is home a lot and happy for me to be inside.

Since being in care I haven’t barked, though my previous family said I would “chat” sometimes.

I will need a patient mature understanding family to help me gain some confidence.
