About Bonnie and Cooper
Bonnie and Cooper are Mini Foxie Terriers - Bonnie is a 2 year and 4 month old gorgeous girl and Cooper is a 1 year and 8 month old beautiful boy.
Bonnie and Cooper are a package deal (bonded pair).
Bonnie and Cooper are both little love bugs who love to snuggle with their humans but also love to explore outside and sunbake.
Both furkids are toilet trained and used to other dogs – they would be happy with other small dog furkids or just as a package deal. Big dogs do frighten both furkids and will react with small dog syndrome.
Both Bonnie and Cooper cannot be in homes where there are cats, pet birds, rats, mice or guinea pigs – unfortunately they do, do what Mini Foxies are known for and will hunt them.
Both are a bit nervous around new people and do need to be able to come to you when they are comfortable – it’s something we are working on with them but once they become your friend your friends for life!
Cooper is very dependent on Bonnie and will follow her no matter where she goes – if you are looking for either of them – easiest thing is to call Bonnie and you will find both.
Cooper loves loves loves to be given pats – he will mouth your hand gently saying ‘more please’
Bonnie and Cooper have not been around children much and when they are loud or running around they do make me a bit unsure – but are good around quiet children, over 8 years old or teenagers.
Their ideal home will be with someone who is home more often than not or who works from home – they are both still young and very much want to be a part of their humans day. Both furkids do sleep on the bed and this is something they will like to continue to do.
Bonnie desperately wants to be someone’s World! She loves being patted so much that she will catch your arm in her little paws, as you pat her, as if to say “don’t stop”.
Bonnie does have a favorite toy that she won’t allow anyone else to touch / lie on and will guard him telling any other furkid to ‘back off’.
Bonnie and Cooper have access to come and go from outside to inside when they want and do like to use this option as often as possible when they want.
If you think you could make this gorgeous pair a part of your family & are interested in applying to adopt them, please send thru an adoption application.

Adoption details
Paw Prints Canine Rescue is a non for profit dog rescue located in Southeast Queensland.
All our dogs leave our care with full vet work (up-to-date vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, heart worm and intestinal wormed and flea treated).
Please note - They will not leave for their new homes until they are 12 weeks of age and have been desexed, micro-chipped and vaccinated up to date.
Please note - we are not a pound or have kennels - all our dogs stay in foster carers homes and therefore dogs are not able to be simply viewed - only approved applicants will meet the dogs.

Complete the following adoption enquiry link

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
If applying to adopt one of our furbabies over the age of 6 months we recommend that you bring to the meet and greet any of your furbabies to see how they interact.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 2 week trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $100) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
