Narla is a gorgeous tabby girl who has come a long way in her young life, but she needs help to find her feet and feel confident about the world.

When she came into our care Narla was a very frightened kitten who would shy away from people whenever possible. Her life as a street kitten was a challenging one.

The Narla of today hasn’t forgotten her past but she has learnt to trust her foster carer, and shown that once she trusts someone she will let her guard down.

Now Narla is looking for someone who understands that she needs love, affection and patience on her terms while she continues to become the confident and comfortable cat we know she can be.

Narla needs a quiet home of just one person or only adults. And her person/people need to have some experience with cats to help bring out the best in her. She is not suited to being a first-time kitty.

Narla is super sweet, and very affectionate when she feels safe (ie, when nothing is happening and when her person isn't moving). She is curious, but only when she thinks you aren't looking, which is super cute.

Narla loves to run around a play with the other kittens in foster care however if you already have a cat and are looking for a friend, your cat will need to be super chilled and cat-friendly. And here’s why….

Narla’s first foster cat sibling hated other cats, and this experience has left her a little nervous about grown-up cats. She is great with the foster kittens in care with her now though, so if you wanted to add to your fur family later on she would be open to that.

We do not recommend Narla goes to a home with a dog/dogs.

Narla has a lovely personality and she will reward her new person/people with her love and trust as you both grow to know one another.
