About Bonnie
This little lady is Eloise. We first met this lovely girl in 2020 after coming in to the shelter via the Inspectorate. Eloise wasn't doing very well in the shelter environment so she was sent to Foster to help her come out of her shell and gain confidence. With the help of foster caregivers, Eloise has made lots of progress, and we can't wait to see her continue to get even better in an adoptive home!
According to the people who know her best - her Foster Carers - Eloise didn't take too long to warm up and was comfortable in the home within a few days. She is still a very independent lady and will let you know when she was done being patted, but she does enjoy the company of people in the house. She is a very chatty girl who LOVES to be brushed. She is slowly getting used to new strange sounds and environments but her new family have to be patient with her and respect her boundaries.
Eloise would do best in a cat-experienced home with adults only, and she will need her own safe space to help her adapt to her new home. Eloise's new people should be ready and willing to take things slow with this little lady, putting in the continued work she'll need to thrive. My microchip number is 900032002652518.
