About Pumpkin ~ 1 year old cat (on trial 28/03/21)
Pumpkin came into care as a 12 month old girl, however once we took Pumpkin to the first vet appointment, we quickly learnt that Pumpkin was in fact a boy. But by this point his carer had already been dressing him up in pretty pink tutus for nearly a week. However, Pumpkin doesn’t seem to mind his flamboyant outfits!
Pumpkin is super affectionate and loves to figure 8 around your legs. He came to the pound as a stray after an elderly lady had been feeding him on and off for 6 months. Unfortunately she couldn’t keep him as he does like to dance around your feet and she couldn’t risk having a fall.
Pumpkin is curious, playful and loves to sit on laps. He loves to sit on his foster mums lap while she’s working at the computer desk or doing her makeup in the morning. Pumpkin gets along with his 5 foster cat brothers and sisters, but has not had much time with dogs. With a very slow and controlled introduction we think Pumpkin could warm up to a dog if he had a tall scratching post to retreat to so he could feel safe.
He would love to go to a home with someone who has lots of time for cuddles, especially with children who will play dress ups with him and let him sleep on their bed. He is just starving for attention!
Pumpkins adoption fee is $180 and this lovely gentleman is sure to make someone very happy. Pumpkin is in foster care in Aberglasslyn. His adoption fee includes desexing, microchip, vaccinations, worm and flea treatment.
