About Benjo
Benjo is looking for his forever home. He is about 1 year old and is a kelpie X. When he arrived at SMART, he was a scared and timid boy, but after settling into foster, he has been taking little steps each day and slowly emerging from his shell to show what a little delight he is. Benjo is s gentle boy and loves his belly rubs. He is also great on walks using a harness with leash and loves a ride in the car. He is social with other dogs, and doesn't seem to be bothered by the resident kitty. Currently in Wagga, Benjo comes desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for fleas & worms.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
