About Nellie
Nellie is a 12 month old Wolfy crossed with a smaller dog , possibly a terrier. she weighs 17 kilos and is light framed.
Nellie was left in a country pound and so no details about her is really known
Nellie is a little nervous (hence her name) But she is sweet friendly, smart and trainable
She loves other dogs and so a home with another dog is essential, but larger dogs are better with her energy levels
She is also Ok with cats but not pocket pets as she will chase them
Nellie is learning about , sit , stay, wait , and getting the hang of housetraining.
Nellie is currently in foster care with a larger friendly male dog and they are good friends
She will need a home with another dog, be allowed inside at night and when people are home , A nice yard , big enough for 2 dogs and a family who will continue her training and take her for walks Nellie is very active so a dog her size or larger is best. she is a little boisterous for smaller dogs
A home where everyone works full time and doesnt have time for the walking and attention that she needs wont work. Older children will enjoy her company , very small young ones may find her a bit energetic
Nellie is in foster care in the Muswellbrook area and is desexed, vaccinated and health checked

We require an initial application and then if a dog seems a match we can arrange a meet and greet at a local park or the foster carers home. If the meet is successful we then arrange a yard check and if that is satisfactory we require full payment on picking up the dog.
We then give a 2 week trial and if in that time it is not working we will refund all but $50 for admin costs. We also require that the adopter returns our dogs back to us at any time in its lifetime (without a refund) for us to rehome.
