Boss is very intelligent and loyal, knows basic commands and will be easy to train. Boss has some anxiety issues that we are working on. He is known to chase his tail and bark madly when excited or anxious. Boss needs a calm, loving and experienced owner to overcome these issues with the support of Starting Over Dog Rescue

Boss walks well on a lead, is house trained and likes to sleep inside at night. He is very good in the car and loves belly rubs, playing fetch, catch and tug, and just hanging out with his humans. Boss is 7 so is slowing down, but will still need one or two short walks a day in addition to some play time.

He has been living with another female dog, but an only dog home would be best. He does not like cats. Older, dog savvy kids would be fine, but no little ones.

If you have the time and patience to help Boss settle you will have a loyal, loving companion.
