ABOUT AMBER

Amber came to Little Legs from a rural pound. Pregnant and due to be put down, she was such a beautiful smooch with the pound staff, they just want to save her and we are so glad they did!

Amber has done a wonderful job as a young mummy and now her kittens have moved out of home, she is learning to enjoy some time for her. Amber loves a bit of your attention - if you're on the couch or lazing in bed - then you'll be a target for pats.

Amber is learning to play - we are not sure if she missed the chance to play in her early life - but now she's not a full time mum, she is becoming more relaxed and playful as everyday goes by.

So far, Amber has not been keen on other animals in the foster home, but this may have been the protective mummy in her. She is now taking slow steps to meet the small dog and other cat that live downstairs, but at this time, we would think Amber would be be best suited as an only pet or in a situation where separation and very slow introductions were possible.

Amber has a beautiful soft and fluffy coat - but she sheds minimally and her coat does not require much upkeep. It is the best of both worlds, the fluff and softness without the endless fur on your clothes or furniture!

Amber uses the litter box, but she does get put out if it isn't kept super clean for her. She is very open to any type of food and loves the odd chew on some cat grass if it is available.

Amber is pretty and smoochy and so deserving of a loving home.
