About Coco
🎉🎉 Coco is finally ready to find her furever home!!! 🎉🎉
This little girl is just over twelve months old. Regular followers of our page may remember a number of small dogs we took into care from a domestic violence situation some months ago. Coco was in the worst shape of them all - anaemic with a heavy flea burden, hair falling out and terrified.
Fast forward a few months with some fabulous foster carers (thank you Kerrie 🙏) and Coco is like a different dog! Her hair is growing back, she’s put on weight, AND she’s realised that cuddles are great! However, she does need a special kind of home. Here’s what Kerrie had to say about Coco.....
“Would suit any family, just takes A WHILE to warm to men. Is very playful and friendly. Barks when anyone is coming (including family) but stops when she's told. Eats anything, good on lead, likes all size dogs, not fazed about cat. Car sick every trip. Has a big personality ❤️”
Bearing in mind Coco’s history, its not surprising that she is very wary of men. Any potential adopter will need to be very mindful of this and give Coco all the time she needs to adjust. A loud, busy, male dominated household would NOT be the best fit for Coco. She is also prone to carsickness.
If you think you and/or your family could provide an awesome home for Coco, please lodge your adoption interest.
