About Valentine
This lovely natured ex racing girl who has only ever known a concrete lined kennel as home is now settling into foster care very well. Valentine is a sweet, quiet girl who is currently living in an apartment situation where she is toilet trained already. She enjoys walks and cuddles and being spoiled.
She has even worked out when it’s dinner time and will let you know she’s ready and waiting!
Being an ex racing dog, she is reactive to cats and would be to other pocket pets too so she will need a home without other small pets. She is used to being around other greyhounds so she could suit a home with another gentle similar sized dog.
Also she is enjoying her new love of food so much that she can be a bit too eager to take food from your hand so a home with none or older children would be best.
Valentine has spent her life so far mostly alone and she has loved having people around so a home where owners work from home or spend a good amount of time at home rather than being away full time is a better match for this special girl.
The current foster carers love her dearly but have commitments from early April and will not be able to continue fostering so if you can help by offering to foster this lovely girl until a forever home is found, please contact me.
