About Tilly
Hi there my name is tilly and it is with a heavy heart that I have been told that I am in need of a new home due to my elderly owners very poor health.
I havent had the best experience with large dogs as due prior to finding a new home i was housed with another large female dog, due to my owners being sent very frequently to something called a hospital. Unfortunately the dog i was living with was very aggressive towards me leaving me petrified of larger female dogs. I am learning not all dogs are scary with being in care with a my foster dog sibling's. So my foster mum says I would fantastic with a small canine companion or male dog big or small. Just most definitely no large female dogs no matter how friendly. I am still learning to play and tell my foster siblings what to do. I love kids of all kinds and I know my basic commands. My foster mum says i am super sweet and up for a cuddle after I overcome my insecurities due to my timid and shy ways. My breed is quite unique and I have heard the story of how my biological parents love was very forbidden. But my mother Jackie-(Jack russell) had only myself in secret, While my father Kel (kelpie) didnt stay for my arrival. I am the perfect travel size being half the size of a kelpie or twice the size of a jack russell. I need a secure fence as I have the smarts to climb or dig if i want to get out. I am a very quick learner and love to please. I am toilet trained and would love to spend time inside being close to the ones I love.
The feline population scares me but I will protect my family from the evil beings. I have yet to be tested with other animals maybe with time I could co-exist just might take patience and careful introductions but I do have a chase drive. If your looking for a girl who has a heart of gold I might just be who you are looking for.-
