Henrietta

Please meet HENRIETTA, a dear little kitten with one eye. Unfortunately, her other eye was removed recently following a traumatic scratch injury.

Not surprisingly, Henrietta is currently a little more reserved than she would otherwise be, but she has recovered extremely well from her surgery and has already adjusted to her new condition.

We're constantly amazed by how quickly a kitten can adapt to functional loss. Because Henrietta's brain is very plastic, it's busily forging new neural pathways to compensate for Henrietta being uniocular. Having one eye will not hold her back or prevent her from being a delightful feline companion.

Desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and wormed, her adoption fee is $300. She is dog and cat friendly.
