About Elle
Little Elle May has been with us sporadically for the last year.
As specific and blunt as we can be, people are not getting it.
Elle comes with a few conditions due to her past history, and unfortunately it is how it is.
We are looking for a permanant foster home for Elle on the Gold Coast or near.
She is a Jack Russell x Maltese
11 yr old
But is fit and gutsy as a 2 yr old.
We will not respond to anyone that doesn’t meet Elles criteria.
NO DOGS in the same property, or dogs that visit.
NO CATS at all.
NO children that reside or visit.
(Grandchildren)
We have had adopted Elle out twice and placed her in a permanant foster, with everyone (stretching the truth) or becoming complacent with Elles requirements.
Elle is a loving easy dog if this simple requests are followed.
She needs a home where she is allowed to sleep on the bed.
And someone who is willing to walk her daily as Elle doesn’t like doing her business in her own backyard.
She needs to walk with her harness on tightly as she is very reactive to other dogs. But with her carers at the moment, if she is corrected by her handler she responds very well.
She is on the Gold Coast, and we prefer her to be close by.
Don’t apply if you live in a housing /unit complex.
Don’t apply if you think you can ‘fix’ her.
She is who she is and with a understanding person who follows our lead, will have no issues with her.
Medical notes
Elle needs her anal glands checked 3 months.
Adoption details
We shortlist and contact families who may fit the dogs needs. If indications are positive, normally after sleeping on it, a home check is organised, then an adoption agreement is completed, adoption donation (variable on account of age and health of individual dog) is transferred and the dog will become part of your family.
All our dogs have had a consultation with our vet, are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and treated for fleas. As we want every dog to be in its own family we try and fit dogs into forever homes, we don’t offer “Trials”. Naturally unforeseen circumstances arise occasionally where it’s preferable dogs come back to us as per our adoption agreement.
