Nature
Jack is secretly a soft boy with a tough guy exterior.
He is a little head shy at first and takes a while to warm up to people, but with patience (and treats of sardines) it won't take long for him to settle in.
He's incredibly vocal when dinner time comes around or when he's ready for some attention. He is always there to remind you non-stop to make sure you do not forget about his seven hobbit meals a day.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Jack gets along great with other cats. Unless there's food involved- then he gets a bit greedy and tries to be a bully to get as much food as possible. Jack needs to be fed separately as he will try his hardest to steal food from all other animals around.
He has met the resident dog through the bars of his crate a few times and it went nicely; a slow introduction to a dog and he should get along fine with a cat-friendly one. He hasn't met any children in his foster home, so a home with older children that understand he's shy and needs time and patience would be ideal.
Likes / Dislikes
Jack loves his food. I guess you could say his best friend is food. His favorite snacks are sardines and chicken necks. He has very few manners where food is concerned; he does occasionally bring out his claws to try and snatch the food out of your hand, but a few strong "no'sβ and he usually calms down. He will come to you when you call him as long as you have a snack on hand for him.
My PURR-fect home would be one where I have another cat to love and to keep me company, and one or two humans to shower me with attention.
