Europa - Located in Preston

Europa’s day starts with smooching his human, purring and snuggling, to then jump off the bed to signal that it is or breakfast time. He will then sniff the food, nibble, run off and play, coming back for snack breaks. Lots more play before having an afternoon sleep, awaking to finish the breakfast so demanded earlier. More play. Finish the ‘breakfast’ and then request dinner that is again inspected, nibbled, to be eaten overnight. When the human’s head hits the pillow, he is onto the bed to curl up against a back or in a crook, get comfy, and prepare to repeat the following day.

Europa’s favourite game is wrestling and playing tag with his brother. He has climbed shelves but hasn’t dislodged things. He will jump in play but isn’t interested in jumping onto tables or benches. Play is given great concentration which allows human household to do any work around the home. Europa will occasionally come to inspect, but doesn’t interfere. He prefers to check where human, to be contacted is if needed for more snacks or a highly competitive game with the teaser or other toys.

All this activity keeps him sleek and alert. Europa is confident around people and will accept affection. He tolerates being picked up and cuddled but prefers to seek you out, and then snuggle beside you or rest his head on an available limb. And then purr, a lot, while he snoozes off. His play is pretty rough and tumble but, at the moment, he has an equal partner. He hasn’t been bothered by the presence of other adult cats.

- you have the agreement of all members of the household to adopt a Cat

- you have all the necessary bits and pieces to welcome your new family member, starting with a cat carrier to bring them home, a litter tray, litter, food and bowls as well as a bed, toys and scratchers
- you are ready to welcome them home NOW.
We are unable to hold a cat for you if you are not ready to adopt.
