About Wags
Wags! Yes, that's my name! I wonder if that's because of my waggy tail? I am a happy boy and after some settling in at my foster home, I am now ready to be someone's forever friend!
As much as I like having my greyhound brothers and sister, I think I'd be ok as a solo dog as well - as long as you can provide heaps of cuddles! I've improved my lead walking game quite a bit since I started walkies in my neighbourhood! I do love walkies! Just away from other small dogs please!
Small doggies and cats are pretty scary still, you know, I grew up with only greyhounds around me, so I am still figuring these other fluffy things out! Generally, I'm intimidated by them - so please don't have any in your home so I can settle in stress-free!
They say I am quite a long boy and I don't know my size sometimes (that's mean!), so it's probably better if there weren't any small children in the new home. But I am quite gentle with them, just that you know!
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. To apply for Wags, or any of our wonderful hounds, we need to know more about you and your home.
