Hello friends, my name is Luna!
Luckily for me and my siblings, Silver Lining stepped in and took us on when we needed it the most! I currently share my foster home with humans of all ages and a few other animals. It is busy around here but my brothers and I are super resilient and have taken everything in our stride and adjusted really well to our surroundings and think ourselves pretty lucky indeed!
I am a beautiful, sleek black girl with small amounts of white on my chest and pretty green eyes. I’m an independent girl who likes to be the one to come to you for a cuddle on my terms and when I do, my purr motor goes crazy. Oh my goodness do I love to play! I could play for hours on end and love those funny furry things on the sticks that my foster family wave around for us, they are so much fun! My other favourite thing is food! I am always the first to come running when I hear that spoon tinkle against the side of the tin!

Adoption details
Adoption Process
We send out our application to the new potential family and when our forms are returned we start a process called screening. When we have finished our screening and all information that comes back is approved. We do a meet and greet, sometimes more than two. If all parties are happy, we then allow our foster furkid go into your home. After 3 weeks (for dogs) / 6 weeks (for cats) sometimes more, see how everyone is going, then we change over microchip registration if everything is great.
