About Rhyll
Rhyll is your typical teen puppy, very bouncy and very friendly. He absolutely LOVES everyone and everything.
He has calmed down a lot since being in foster care & is now the perfect family dog.
He will still need some ongoing rules from his new family but responds very well. He already knows how to sit, drop & shake is in the process.
Rhyll would suit a family environment as he loves people and wants to be with you everywhere you go. He is great with children but can sometimes be a little too much with his love and may knock them over. He would be best suited to kids over 10 who don’t mind a bit of dog slobber!
His current favourite things to do are going to the dog park, he loves seeing all his dog pals and is super dog friendly. He LOVES water so would love to go for beach adventures with his new furever family. Toys and lots of them! His current favourite is a dinosaur which he carries around the house with him.
Rhyll was a outside only dog prior to coming into care so doesn’t mind being left in the backyard as long as he has his comfy bed. He has since adjusted to being a inside/outside dog which he much prefers. Being by your side while you're home is a must and he has started some crate training and will happily sleep in his crate all night.
He does at the moment live with a female and male carers & seems to really enjoy a male owners more so, he is a real mans best friend. He’s pretty good with the cat, he’s interested to know what she is but is also scared of her! She has bailed him up a couple of times and he just ran, so given the right cat and slow introductions, he may be ok to live with cats.
Rhyll can easily be in a home with another friendly, playful dog for company or just humans, as long as he gets to play with other puppers regularly. You should be committed to continuing his development with regards to some training and ideally, you will be a somewhat active family that will take him on adventures and outings, especially to the water for a swim!

Medical notes

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
