Hi I'm Bernie,

I came into the shelter as a stray and now I'm ready to find my forever home. I enjoy my own company, but I think it's time for me to find a human friend who will welcome me into their heart. I have never lived in a home before, so I need someone to teach me how to be the perfect house lion.
I can be shy at first, but all I'm looking for is someone to love me and be. I am just starting to learn how nice pats and chin scratches can be and would love to be in a home where I can continue to build my confidence. With some patience and time I'll come out of my shell.
I would love to go to a quiet adult home who will give me time to build up my confidence.
