About 3166 - Girly
⭐️⭐️ MARCH LONELY HEARTS CLUB STAR ⭐️⭐️
🌸🌷MEET GIRLY 🌷🌸
Hi, my name is Girly and I'm looking for a very special forever hooman. I didn't have the best start in life, I was found at a rubbish tip surrounded by things no one wanted, so I believed it was the same for me.
Then an angel came and rescued me! She showed me what love, care and safety was. It's taken me a while to settle in and to learn to trust the hoomans.
Nature
I am still very timid, and I’m not keen on being touched. I like to sniff the hand that is coming to me and then I will sometimes gently lower my head for a little head scratch or cheek tickle. Sometimes I'm too scared for a stroke and although I don't run and hide, I tend to stay just out of reach.
I'm learning to rub myself against foster mums’ legs (I’ve seen the other cats do it so it must be a cat thing I think!?) - I’m not very good at it as I'm still a little scared and most of the time I miss her legs which makes her laugh and she calls me sweetie. I also like to chirp and talk to her, so even if I'm uncertain or moving away from a hooman hand I make the little chirpy noises which foster mum says is really cute. I am also a very clean little girl and I have the purrfect manners when using my litter tray.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I currently live in a home that has a few feline friends in it. I absolutely adore all cats. I will rub against them to make friends and when I get scared I seek them out for comfort.
My foster home has a very loud small child, he's ok so long as he doesn't get too close, sometimes he's too loud and he makes very fast sudden movements which can scare me. Foster mum also lives with one of the big hairy things....... I think it's called a husband. I don't mind him at all.
I haven't yet met a dog but I'm so friendly towards other cats foster mum says I'd probably like one that was laid back and gentle, but only after a slow introduction.
Likes / Dislikes
I love friendly cats, cats that like to be sociable and like to play. I love my food, I've not yet missed a meal since coming into care. I hear foster mum opening the pouches and I zoom into the room to chirp at her to hurry up. Now, I am a little curvaceous - not tubby as the vet described me!!! My new family would need to be careful not to over feed me.
I dislike sudden hooman movement towards me - I will run away, and I do not like being picked up.
My PURR-fect home would be with my own special hooman that I can love meow and forever. Someone who understands that I need a lot of time and patience so that I can learn to trust them. I'd would love to find a home with other friendly cats, to play with and to love, they also give me the confidence not to hide away. I like to spend my day chillin on the end of a bed or on a chair with my feline friends so I need a home with a nice comfy spot just for me.
I know that my furr-ever home with some special hoomans is out there somewhere as foster mum tells me what a precious girl I am and how a wonderful person will see my profile and will want to take me home with them and teach me how to love and trust them. Do you think that could be you?
