About Shola
This super sweet girl came to us from a country home where she was quite isolated from all worldly things. She's still getting used to all the noises and how to be a dog in a true home environment.
What she lacks in training and knowledge, she makes up for in sweetness and a lovely gentle temperament with a calmness about her.
Currently living with another dog, Shola frequently checks in with her doggy buddy for support and to show her how home life works. She's on the shy side whilst she builds her confidence and independence. Shola can be a little nervous around loud noises & strangers but warms up quickly to new people.
A little shadow, she's never far from her carers side but does need that little push of encouragement to help build independence and resilience and enjoys time hanging out in the garden.
Toilet training and house manners are coming along nicely but still need some work. She is currently learning that chairs or her kennel are not things to be standing on top of (she thinks she's a goat!)
Shola has been ok being left in the house when her carers are at work but away those thongs & shows if you still want to wear them!!
Continued exposure and socialisation with dogs of all breeds, shapes and sizes would be a must to help her gain added confidence. Good daily exercise will be ideal for this girl who does enjoy her walks and isn't fussed by meeting other dogs or seeing cats whilst out walking.
Shola requires patient and experienced owners who will help support this sweet girls journey into living her best life. She needs another playful and stable minded dog as company at home (and as a playmate) and a family that has a relatively calm home environment to help her feel secure. She plays every day and will work best in a home with a nice sized yard on offer.
Due to her still being a little shy and nervous, we are not looking for a home with children under 15 years, she will do best with older kids or no kids in the home whilst she comes out of her shell completely.
Shola has stolen everyone's hearts and is a gentle, loving and calm girl who is looking for a home that will appreciate her and support her development. If you feel you can offer this sweet girl a home to grow into, head on over to our website and fill in an enquiry form.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
