❤️😻 LOOKING FOR FOREVER HOME 😻❤️ Marnie - 1 year and 4 months
Marnie was once a very scared and shy cat but after a couple months of foster care she is now ready to explore and make new bonds with her new owners and forever home. Marnie has come a huge way from the day we found her. She is especially vocal and super affectionate, she loves companionship and many pats.
Being an ex street girl, she really appreciates the tasty morsels and pats that come her way. Marnie likes the company of other cats and animals; she is constantly trying to cuddle and smooch everyone (with caution). Marnie loves her toys and when playtime is finished, she usually enjoys falling asleep at the end of our bed or in her hanging spots.
Marnie is still a small flight risk when it comes to loud noises and slamming doors, so as an extra precaution Marnie has been crate trained to have a 'safe spot' to run too. She does not like being chased or picked up, nor does she like children. Preferably the perfect home for Marnie would be a small household with one or more adults and other cats for Marnie to bond with. We are also looking for someone who potentially has a cat run or a cat proof house as Marnie loves the outdoors but is not harness trained. Marnie is house trained and is extremely easy to look after. Short hair domestic that just needs a brush every few days.
Get in touch with us via her pet profile if you are interested in adopting her ❤️
Marnie is a healthy raw fed cat who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #953010004917443, source #RE101165). She is available for adoption right now!
------------------------------------------------------
To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a remote or in-person house check done, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
We only accept adoptions from people with residency in Australia. If you are on a work or student visa, talk to us about fostering with the group instead!
