On Hold
Oliver is a triple return customer at the RSPCA Animal Care Centre. He was originally surrendered in 2012 as his family had moved and he was not allowed inside the new house. He was then adopted by a family not long after, but in 2021 they had to surrender him as they were moving to a care facility and were not allowed to take him. We finally thought we had found his forever home in late 2021, but after a few months his new owner went into hospital and was unable to return home. Oliver has had more homes than a cat should, and all through absolutely no fault of his own.
Oliver is now 12 years old. He is not a very confident cat, and really needs a stable home that he can see out his days in. He will need a quiet and understanding family, that will let him settle in at his own pace. Once he has settled, he is a big lap cat that enjoys human company. He will most likely always hide from strangers and loud noises, but he really appreciates his regular humans. We would recommend a home with no kids, no dogs and no other cats.
Because of Oliver's advanced age and special needs, he has a special adoption fee of $50 which will cover his vaccination and transfer of microchip.
