Dutchess

Hello there, my name is Dutchess!!!

I am a 3-year-old Maremma sheep dog looking for my next home to take me on lots of adventures. I am a quiet girl who with time will open up and share the love I have I to offer. My breed, the Maremma sheep dog was originally bred as a livestock guardian dog to protect the herd or flock from danger. I would be best suited to someone experienced in owning this breed or breeds of similar sort. Due to my size and strength it would be best to have no young children in the household as I may be a bit too big in size for them. Due past history and current assessment I cannot be rehomed with other dogs. I would also prefer an extra larger back yard or acreage to run around on and help with farm work duties.
