Slinky

Slinky (also known as Kitten) is a super laid back and a cuddly old lady, who at the ripe age of 11 years old still has a fun streak. She's kind of like your friend's cool grandma. Occasionally she will even jump onto tree trunks and get into hidey spots - which at 60 human years is pretty impressive! However, for the most part, Slinky is a sun baking old lady who is enjoying her senior years.

Having lived with both cats and dogs her whole life, Slinky is usually not too bothered by them. But be warned, but if they show any attitude or disrespect her boundaries, she will defend herself and boop them for good measure. No one messes with this old gal.

Slinky isn't a fussy eater, and is happy to munch on whatever is available. She lives mostly on dry food (otherwise the dog smells her food and wants it) but loves wet food with gravy or tinned tuna, so would be extra happy if that's in her weekly diet.

Fairly unbothered by kids, Slinky is in her own world most of the time and happy to do her own thing. That's not to say she won't enjoy a little play when she gets her bursts of energy.

Slinky loves to sleep right next to you so that when you wake up in the morning she is the first thing you will see! If you move even the slightest bit she will run to her bowl or the door ready for breakfast (and if you don't get up in an acceptable amount of time, she will come back until you move again).

In her younger years, Slinky was an indoor/outdoor cat and loved exploring, but always came home for food. Now she's outgrown this exploring but still likes laying outside and having an explore of the garden (she doesn't leave the fenced areas - too much effort).

Slinky would love to move in with someone who loves cats and can give her pats and cuddles on a regular basis. Ideally someone who will give in to her demands and share the bed with her. Outdoor access or sunny spots in the home for her to sun bake are a must, as this is her ultimate way to relax. A home with another cat or a laid back dog would work, but she's not in to the pesky canines that won't let her chill out!
